Terms and Conditions

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
• Original designs, for example you request a tee shirt design not in the product section or an adaptation of one, a rough design (15mn max time spent on it) is created for free, we send that to you, at that point if you do not want to continue services cancellation is accepted, once you submit any changes/approvals a downpayment is required.
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• When the site is "down" I am usually revising the site itself , and or adding editing pictures of products to come, or if an adaptation was made and we received exclusive permissions to display on our site.
• There will be designs not created by either the customer or Breeze Tees LLC, but adapted from atomm or creative fabrica. These designs were bought by Breeze Tees LLC with commercial licenses to use the designs, adapt them, and use for resale on any medium, just not resale of the original file itself. A lot of the box shaped items-storage boxes- come from boxes.py which is an open platform and allow all users to download and adapt files and use for resale of finished items not the file itself.
• We do not tolerate any hate speech, bullying or unlawful behavior.
• We have the authority to delete any user account that is violationg the Terms & Conditions, if any orders are pending at the time and paid for, they will be finished and shipped out or delivered, but if it has not been paid order will be cancelled as well.
• Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
